• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

2. Return Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
• They should include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

4. Return Shipping Costs
• You are responsible for paying return postage unless we determine that providing a shipping label is absolutely necessary.
• If we do supply a return label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

• For an exchange, return the current item as described above and then place a separate order for the new item.
